乡村振兴背景下农村公共法律服务优化探究

农村公共法律服务优化是贯彻乡村振兴战略的必然要求。优化在一定程度上也表明了农村公共法律服务实现从“有没有”到“好不好”的升级，全面更好地落实依法治县和乡村振兴的战略部署，切实提高基层的公共法律水平。然而，由于当前的农村公共法律服务陷入困境，不能充分满足农村居民在全面推进乡村振兴背景下日益增长的公共法律服务需求。要想全面推进乡村振兴背景下的农村公共法律服务的优化，必须充分协调平衡农村公共法律服务资源、提高服务供应质量，健全农村公共法律服务供应保障机制、强化服务体系，明晰农村公共法律服务定位、确定职责范围，为乡村全面振兴提供良好的法律基础。
Optimizing rural public legal services is an inevitable requirement for implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Optimization to a certain extent also indicates the upgrading of rural public legal services from “existing” to “good”, comprehensively and better implementing the strategic deployment of governing counties according to law and rural revitalization, and effectively improving the level of public law at the grassroots level. However, due to the current difficulties in rural public legal services, they cannot fully meet the growing demand for public legal services among rural residents in the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. To comprehensively promote the optimization of rural public legal services in the context of rural revitalization, it is necessary to coordinate rural public legal service resources, improve the quality of service supply, improve the guarantee mechanism of rural public legal service supply, strengthen the service system, clarify the positioning of rural public legal services, determine the scope of responsibilities, and provide a good legal foundation for rural comprehensive revitalization.
