上海市居民就业诉求模型构建——基于扎根理论上海市政府留言板的文本分析

Abstract:
在全球化和信息化浪潮的席卷下，经济结构的重塑与转型给就业市场带来前所未有的变革与考验。本文以上海市居民就业诉求为研究核心，基于扎根理论对人民网上海市政府留言板上关于就业问题的文本进行深入分析，旨在准确识别与解析上海市居民的就业诉求，并构建相应的理论框架，以期为政府制定更加精准有效的就业政策提供理论支持和实践指导。
Amid the wave of globalization and informatization, the reshaping and transformation of the economic structure have brought unprecedented changes and challenges to the job market. This paper focuses on the employment aspirations of Shanghai residents as the core of the research. Based on grounded theory, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the texts related to employment issues on the People’s Daily Online’s Shanghai Municipal Government Message Board. The aim is to accurately identify and interpret the employment aspirations of Shanghai residents and construct a corresponding theoretical framework, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the government to formulate more precise and effective employment policies.
