中小学思政课教师队伍专业化建设的问题及路径探析
Analysis of the Problems and Paths of the Professional Construction of Ideological and Political Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools

习近平总书记说：“思想政治课是完成立德树人根本任务的关键课程”，因此各学段都应把思想政治课放在重要位置。而讲好思政课关键在教师，十八大以来，我国思政课教师队伍建设取得了一些成绩，但部分思政课教师的专业素养、教育教学能力对于培养时代要求的新人还不足够，因此加强小学思政课教师队伍专业化的建设迫在眉睫。本文通过分析当前中小学思政教师队伍存在的问题，进而提出相应的解决策略。
The key to teaching ideological and political courses well lies in the teachers. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, some achievements have been made in the construction of the ideological and political course teacher team. However, the professional competence and educational teaching ability of some ideological and political course teachers are not enough to cultivate new talents required by the times. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the professional construction of the primary school ideological and political course teacher team. This article analyzes the problems existing in the current ideological and political education teacher team in primary and secondary schools, and proposes corresponding solutions.
