Analysis of Employment Psychological Problems of College Students in the New Era and Countermeasures Research

学生心理健康已成为关系国家和民族未来的重要公共卫生问题，作为健康的重要组成部分，心理健康是人生成就和幸福的重要基石。党的二十大报告提出：“重视心理健康和精神卫生。”随着我国高校招生规模的扩大，在经济下行和就业市场萎缩的情况下，大学生的就业心理出现了较为明显的波动，诸如矛盾、焦虑、抑郁等心理问题及其引发的社会问题日益凸显，引起社会各界广泛关注。本文基于分析大学生就业心理问题现象，探究相应的心理问题原因，有针对性地提出解决方案，为促进大学生的全面发展和更高质量就业提供科学依据。
Students’ mental health has become a vital public health issue related to the future of the country and the nation. As an integral part of health, mental health serves as an essential cornerstone for life achievements and happiness. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) emphasizes the importance of “attaching importance to mental health and psychiatric health.” With the expansion of college enrollment in China and amid economic downturns and shrinking job markets, the employment psychology of college students has exhibited more pronounced fluctuations, manifesting in psychological issues such as conflicts, anxiety, and depression, with the associated social problems becoming increasingly prominent, garnering widespread concern from all sectors of society. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of psychological problems related to college students’ employment, explores the underlying causes of these psychological issues, and proposes targeted solutions to provide a scientific basis for promoting the comprehensive development of college students and higher-quality employment.
