山西省农村空巢老人居家养老困境及路径研究
Study on the Dilemma and Path of Home-Based Care for the Rural Empty-Nesters of Shanxi Province

随着农村青壮年人口的外流，农村空巢老人数量不断增加，其居家养老问题日益凸显。文章以山西省农村空巢老人为研究对象，通过文献查阅、实地调研等方法，深入探讨了其居家养老的现状、困难的原因及对策。研究发现，山西省农村空巢老人在居家养老过程中面临经济能力低、医疗资源匮乏、差异化需求难以满足、精神慰藉缺乏等多重困境的现状。针对这些问题，文章分析了其原因，并提出了深化农村养老制度改革、探索多元化的养老服务模式、完善农村医疗保障体系、丰富老人的精神文化生活等对策，以期为改善山西省农村空巢老人的居家养老环境提供参考。
With the outflow of young and middle-aged people in rural areas, the number of rural empty-nesters is increasing, and the problem of home-based care is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper takes the rural empty-nesters in Shanxi Province as the research object, through the methods of literature review, field investigation and so on, deeply discusses the status quo, dilemma and countermeasures of their home-based care. It is found that the rural empty-nesters in Shanxi Province face multiple difficulties in the process of home-based care, such as economic pressure, life care difficulties, lack of medical resources and spiritual loneliness. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening policy support, improving the old-age service system, improving the level of medical service, and enriching spiritual and cultural life, so as to provide a reference for improving the home-based care environment of rural empty-nesters in Shanxi Province.
