积极心理学视角下高职院校朋辈心理辅导队伍的培养路径研究

Abstract:
随着心理健康意识的提高,高职院校学生群体对心理辅导的需求日益增长。朋辈心理辅导作为一种有效的心理健康支持方式,因其亲近性和易接受性在高职院校中显示出独特的优势。通过阐述积极心理学的基本理念及在朋辈心理辅导中的重要作用,分析当前高职院校朋辈心理辅导队伍的现状和存在的问题,将积极心理学的理念包括积极的主观体验、积极的个人特质、积极的社会组织系统应用于朋辈心理辅导队伍的培养路径,有助于构建一个更加专业、有效的辅导团队,从而更好地满足高职院校学生的心理需求,对促进高职院校学生心理健康具有重要的实践意义。
With the increasing awareness of the importance of mental health, the demand for psychological counseling among students in vocational colleges is growing. Peer psychological counseling, as an effective way of mental health support, shows unique advantages in vocational colleges due to its closeness and acceptability. By elaborating on the basic concepts of positive psychology and its important role in peer psychological counseling, analyzing the current situation and existing problems of peer psychological counseling teams in vocational colleges, and applying the concepts of positive psychology, including positive subjective experiences, positive personal traits, and positive social organizational systems, to the cultivation path of peer psychological counseling teams, it is conducive to building a more professional and effective counseling team. This will better meet the psychological needs of students in vocational colleges and have important practical significance for promoting the mental health of students in vocational colleges.
