快速康复外科护理在踝关节骨折患者围手术期中的应用及疗效分析
Application and Efficacy Analysis of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Care in Perioperative Period of Patients with Foot and Ankle Fractures

目的：探讨对接受手术治疗的足踝部骨折患者进行快速康复外科护理的效果。方法：选取2020年01月至2023年05月新疆医科大学第六附属医院骨病矫形外科收治的足踝部骨折患者230例作为研究对象。按随机数表法将其分为Research组和Comparison组(115例/组)。在两组患者接受手术期间，对Comparison组患者进行常规护理，对Research组患者进行快速康复外科护理。然后对比两组患者的WHOQOL-100评分和对护理满意程度的评分。结果：① 接受护理前，两组患者的WHOQOL-100评分相比，无统计学差异，P > 0.05。接受护理后，两组患者的WHOQOL-100评分均较护理前明显提高，且Research组患者的WHOQOL-100评分高于Comparison组患者，P < 0.05。② Research组患者对护理满意程度的评分高于Comparison组患者，P < 0.05。③ Research组和Comparison组术前VAS评分和ODI评分相比差异均无显著性意义；Comparison组术后第1天、3天、1月的VAS评分明显低于Research组，差异有显著性意义；Comparison组术后第1天、3天的ODI评分明显低于Research组，差异有显著性意义；Research组和Comparison组术后第7天VAS评分和术后第7天、1月ODI评分相比差异均无显著性意义。结论：对接受手术治疗的足踝部骨折患者进行快速康复外科护理的效果良好，可有效地提高其生活质量和对护理的满意程度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical care for patients with ankle fractures. Methods: A total of 230 patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected as 2020. They were divided into Research group and Comparison group (115 cases/group). During the surgery in both groups, routine care was performed for Comparison patients and rapid rehabilitation surgical care for Research patients. Then WHOQOL-100 scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: ① Before receiving nursing care, there was no significant difference in WHOQOL-100 scores between the two groups, P > 0.05. After receiving care, WHOQOL-100 scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with before care, and WHOQOL-100 scores were higher in Research than those in Comparison, P < 0.05. ② The score of nursing satisfaction in group Research was higher than those in group Comparison, P < 0.05. ③ There was no significant difference between preoperative VAS score and ODI score between Research group and Comparison group; the VAS scores of the Comparison group on 1 day, 3 days, and 1 month after operation were significantly lower than those of the Research group, the difference is significant; the ODI scores in the Comparison group on day 1 and 3 days after operation were significantly lower than those in the Research group, the difference is significant; VAS score of postoperative day 7 and ODI score of postoperative day 7 and 1 month between the Research and Comparison groups have no significant difference. Conclusion: Rapid rehabilitation surgical care for patients with foot and ankle fracture has good effect,
