高中生学业焦虑与父母消极教养方式的关系研究

Abstract:
本文旨在对高中生学业焦虑与父母消极教养方式之间的关系进行研究。正值青春期的高中生普遍存在因学习压力而造成的学业焦虑问题,由此对其心理健康成长造成不利影响。高中生所处的家庭环境是影响其心理健康的重要因素,父母采取消极的教养方式与高中生学业焦虑存在较强的关联,不当惩罚、责骂和过度溺爱保护、放任不管等方式不仅会促使高中生采取消极的认知情绪调节策略,还会对其处理问题的思维方式产生负面影响,造成或加剧高中生学业焦虑。因此营造良好家庭氛围和采取积极教养方式,对高中生心理健康具有很大的促进作用,能够有效缓解其学业焦虑程度。
This paper aims to study the relationship between high school students’ academic anxiety and parents’ negative parenting styles. The mental health problems of high school students in the adolescent stage are becoming more and more prominent, and the academic anxiety caused by learning pressure is widespread. The family environment of high school students is an important factor affecting their mental health. There is a strong correlation between the negative parenting style adopted by parents and the academic anxiety of high school students. Punishment, beating and scolding, humiliation, rejection, despotism and over-protection, arranging, spoiling and not caring will not only prompt high school students to adopt negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies. It will also have a negative impact on the way of thinking to deal with problems, causing or aggravating academic anxiety of high school students. Therefore, creating a good family atmosphere and adopting a positive parenting style can greatly promote the mental health of senior high school students and effectively alleviate their academic anxiety.
