Exploring the Development of Rural Elderly Care Finance under the Background of Population Aging

为应对我国农村地区面临的养老挑战，文章聚焦于人口老龄化的背景下，探讨加速发展农村养老金融服务的紧迫性和可能性。研究旨在全面分析农村养老金融的当前发展状况、面临的主要问题以及可行的解决策略。调研结果显示，农村地区在养老金融服务方面普遍存在问题，如老年人金融知识和教育的不足、养老金融服务的供给不足、金融产品与需求的低匹配度以及专业人才的短缺。为解决这些问题，建议采取以下措施：提高农村老年人的金融素养，加强政府的政策支持和激励机制，推动金融产品和服务的创新与优化，以及重视农村养老金融人才的培养。这些措施的实施旨在为农村养老金融的可持续发展提供有效路径，从而促进农村居民养老保障水平的整体提升。
To address the challenges of elderly care in rural areas of China, this article focuses on the urgency and possibility of accelerating the development of rural elderly care financial services in the context of the aging population. The research aims to comprehensively analyze the current development status, main problems faced, and feasible solutions for rural elderly care finance. The research results show that there are common problems in rural areas regarding elderly financial services, such as insufficient financial knowledge and education for the elderly, insufficient supply of elderly financial services, low matching between financial products and demand, and a shortage of professional talents. To address these issues, it is recommended to take the following measures: improve the financial literacy of rural elderly people, strengthen government policy support and incentive mechanisms, promote innovation and optimization of financial products and services, and attach importance to the cultivation of rural elderly care financial talents. The implementation of these measures aims to provide an effective path for the sustainable development of rural elderly care finance, thereby promoting the overall improvement of the elderly care security level of rural residents.
