人口老龄化背景下福建省养老服务体系建设研究
Research on the Construction of Elderly Care Service System in Fujian Province under the Background of Population Aging

随着社会生育率的下降和预期寿命的延长，中国正面临人口老龄化这一重大社会经济问题。研究指出，福建省老龄化趋势日益显著，老年人口比例逐年上升，预示着在未来几十年内，该省将逐渐步入中度老龄化阶段。在此背景下，福建省养老服务体系建设面临着多重挑战，包括养老服务供需矛盾突出、养老服务人才匮乏以及养老产业发展滞后等。为应对这些挑战，文章提出了针对性的对策建议，旨在为福建省老龄化问题的有效解决提供参考和借鉴。
With the decline of the fertility rate and the extension of life expectancy, China is facing the major social and economic problem of population aging. The research points out that the aging trend of Fujian Province is becoming more and more significant, and the proportion of the elderly population is increasing year by year, indicating that the province will gradually enter the stage of moderate aging in the next few decades. In this context, the construction of the elderly service system in Fujian Province is faced with multiple challenges, including the prominent contradiction between supply and demand of elderly service, the shortage of elderly service talents and the lagging development of the elderly service industry. In order to cope with these challenges, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to provide a reference for the effective solution to the aging problem in Fujian Province.
