随着城市化进程的不断加快，农村越来越空心化，留守老人、留守儿童、留守妇女等问题愈发凸显，其中最为显著的则是农村的留守老人问题。如何有效给农村留守老人提供较好的养老体验，是缩小城乡养老水平差异的关键。在一系列养老方式中，乡村医生是提升农村养老服务质量的重要影响因素。文章旨在通过指出乡村医生助力农村养老的必要性，分析当前乡村医生助力农村养老服务存在的问题，进而提出推动乡村医生助力农村养老的具体路径。这不仅能够为解决农村养老问题提供助力，同时能推动农村养老服务品质的提高和完善的养老系统的建立。
As urbanization continues to accelerate, rural areas are becoming more and more hollowed out, and the problems of left-behind elderly people, left-behind children and left-behind women are becoming more and more prominent, with the most notable being the problem of left-behind elderly people in rural areas. How to effectively provide the elderly left-behind in the countryside with a better elderly care experience is the key to narrowing the gap between urban and rural elderly care levels. Among a series of elderly care methods, rural doctors are an important factor in improving the quality of rural elderly care services. The purpose of this paper is to point out the necessity of rural doctors helping rural pension, analyze the current problems of rural doctors helping rural elderly care services, and put forward specific paths to promote rural doctors helping rural elderly care. This will not only help to solve the rural elderly care problems, but also promote the improvement of the quality of rural elderly care services and the establishment of a perfect elderly care system.
