“尊尊”与“亲亲”的伦理冲突研究——以《春秋公羊传》中“季友诛兄”为例
Study on the Ethical Conflict between “Zunzun” and “Qinqin”—The Example of “Jiyou’s Execution of His Brother” in Gongyang’s Commentary on the Spring and Autumn Annals

“尊尊”与“亲亲”是中国古代儒家伦理中的重要命题，对于这一问题，前人研究或认识到“亲亲”的人情味，或肯定“尊尊”的至上性，都未能从根本上对其进行解答。《春秋公羊》中“季友诛兄”以庆父、叔牙、季友三兄弟对王位问题产生了一系列的伦理冲突，其中蕴涵着血缘亲情和政治法律的两难、顾全血缘亲情和政治法律的努力及其智慧。因此本文首先对“尊尊”、“亲亲”这一伦理概念进行辨析，结合《春秋公羊传》分析其中的“季友诛兄”，根据具体的历史事件对其中的“尊尊”与“亲亲”的伦理冲突进行剖析，直面此困境中的问题，解析儒家是如何解决好血缘与国家政治的伦理冲突。
“Zunzun” and “Qinqin” are important propositions in Confucian ethics in ancient China. The previous studies have either recognized the humaneness of “Qinqin” or affirmed the supremacy of “Zunzun”, but they have failed to answer this question fundamentally. In Gongyang’s Commentary on The Spring and Autumn Annals, “Ji You Executed His Brother”, a series of ethical conflicts arose among three brothers, namely, Qing Fu, Shu Ya, and Ji You, over the issue of the throne, which implied the dilemma of blood kinship and political law, the efforts to take care of blood kinship and political law, and the wisdom of the three brothers. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes the ethical concepts of “Zunzun” and “Qinqin”, and analyzes “Jiyou’s execution of his brother” in the context of the in Gongyang’s Commentary on the Spring and Autumn Annals and then analyzes the ethical concepts of “Zunzun” and “Qinqin” in the context of the specific historical events. Based on specific historical events, we will analyze the ethical conflict between “Zunzun” and “Qinqin”, face the problems in this dilemma, and analyze how Confucianism solves the ethical conflict between bloodline and national politics.
