Abstract:

作为思想政治教育的重要载体,高校仪式具有丰富的内在意蕴,具体表现在仪式主体、形式与主体等方面。在加强高校仪式育人作用的过程中,应注重破解仪式主体能动性式微、内容逐渐同质化与形式固定浅显化等方面的境遇,充分发挥高校仪式在文化传承、政治导向与情感认同等方面的应然价值,高度重视教育主导性与主体性的统一、理论性与实践性的辩证、隐性教育与显性教育的协同等路径原则,进一步提升高校仪式的实效性与有效性,为促进人的全面发展、实现立德树人这一根本任务提供实践导向与必然之策。
As an important carrier of ideological and political education, college ceremony has rich intrinsic meaning, which is embodied in the subject, form and subject of ceremony. In the process of strengthening the role of college ceremony in educating people, we should pay attention to overcoming the situation of the weak initiative of the main body of the ceremony, the gradual homogenization of the content and the fixed and superficial form, and give full play to the due value of college ceremony in the aspects of cultural inheritance, political orientation and emotional identification. We attach great importance to the path principles such as the unity of educational dominance and subjectivity, the dialectic of theory and practice, and the coordination of implicit education and explicit education, so as to further improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of college ceremonies, and provide practical guidance and inevitable measures for promoting the all-round development of people and realizing the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.
