利益相关者视角下上海市综合性三级甲等西医医院官网社会责任披露现状研究
A Study on the Current Status of Social Responsibility Disclosure on the Official Websites of General Tertiary A-Level III Western Medical Hospitals in Shanghai from the Perspective of Stakeholders

随着卫生健康事业的不断发展，医院作为提供专业医疗服务的主要机构，社会责任履行方面受到了越来越多的关注。国际上已经形成了成熟的医院社会责任研究与实践，而国内的医院社会责任研究起步相对较晚。然而，近年来，随着政策法规框架的健全和各级医院积极响应国家卫生健康委的相关指导文件，如绿色医院建设、公共卫生宣教活动、公益性医疗项目等举措的实施，国内医院的社会责任研究也取得了显著进展。本研究重点分析了上海市综合性三级甲等西医医院官网上的社会责任披露现状。通过评估医院官网上披露的信息内容，我们探讨了医院如何满足不同利益相关者的需求，并提出了改进建议。
As the health and wellness sector continues to evolve, hospitals, as the primary institutions providing professional medical services, are increasingly under the spotlight for their social responsibilities. Internationally, there is already a mature body of research and practice on hospital social responsibility, while domestic research on this topic started relatively late. However, in recent years, with the improvement of the policy and regulatory framework and the active response of hospitals at all levels to the guidance documents from the National Health Commission, such as the construction of green hospitals, public health education activities, and the implementation of public welfare medical projects, significant progress has been made in the research on hospital social responsibility in China. This study focuses on analyzing the current state of social responsibility disclosure on the official websites of general tertiary A-Level III western medical hospitals in Shanghai. By evaluating the information disclosed on the hospital’s official websites, we explore how hospitals meet the needs of various stakeholders and propose suggestions for improvement.
