社区心理服务存在问题及建议研究——以深圳市X社区为例
Research on the Problems and Suggestions of Community Psychological Services—Taking Shenzhen X Community as an Example

伴随着经济的持续发展，人们的物质生活水平越来越高，心理方面的需要也越来越明显，西方发达国家以社区为基础开展心理服务的模式，比传统的模式要好很多，所以很多国家都在模仿。在推动社会治理能力现代化和社会治理体系建设的大背景下，也在探讨建立社会心理服务体系的途径，其中对基层社区提出了“整合各种资源，满足不同群体的各种需要，更好地稳定社会心理”的要求。这些工作仍然处于探索阶段，在这个背景下，本人从社区居民的角度来研究目前社区心理服务现状，设计并发放问卷，分析相关数据，了解目前深圳X社区居民对于社区心理服务的认识和需求，并尝试总结一些目前社区心理服务存在问题并提出对策建议。
Along with sustained economic development, people’s material standard of living is becoming higher and higher, and their psychological needs are becoming more and more obvious. The community-based model of psychological services in developed Western countries is much better than the traditional model, and is therefore being imitated in many countries. In the context of promoting the modernization of social governance capacity and the construction of a social governance system, ways of establishing a psychosocial service system are also being explored, with grass-roots communities being asked to “integrate all kinds of resources to satisfy the various needs of different groups and better stabilize the social psyche”. These efforts are still in the exploratory stage. Against this background, I studied the current status of community psychological services from the perspective of community residents, designed and distributed questionnaires, analyzed relevant data, understood the current understanding and needs of community psychological services among residents of X community in Shenzhen, and tried to summarize some of the problems of community psychological services and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
