为解决传统资产绩效管理方法所存在的问题，如缺乏健全的资产绩效管理体系、评价指标选择不合理以及资产绩效管理手段单一等，本文提出一种基于数据分析的资产绩效管理机制构建路径，以数据分析技术在资产绩效管理中的作用为研究切入点，并整合国有资产管理信息系统数据，在此基础上建立资产绩效管理评价指标体系，依据最终评价结果，为构建健全且有效的资产绩效管理机制提供科学依据，旨在突破传统资产管理模式局限性，促进资产绩效管理工作水平进一步提升。
To solve the problems of traditional asset performance management methods, such as the lack of a sound asset performance management system, unreasonable selection of evaluation indicators, and single asset performance management methods, this article proposes a path for constructing an asset performance management mechanism based on data analysis, taking the role of data analysis technology in asset performance management as the research entry point, and integrating data from state-owned asset management information systems. Based on this, an asset performance management evaluation index system is established. Based on the final evaluation results, scientific basis is provided to build a sound and effective asset performance management mechanism, aiming to break through the limitations of traditional asset management models and promote the further improvement of asset performance management work level.
