《古今录验》续命汤临床应用研究进展
Progress in Clinical Application Research of Xuming Tang in the Ancient and Modern Records

目的：总结《古今录验》续命汤在临床及实验方面的研究成果，为中医进一步研究续命汤的作用机制提供有益的借鉴。方法：通过以“《古今录验》续命汤”为关键词，对中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库进行检索，收集、整理了1984年以来中医研究续命汤的相关期刊及学术论文，总结续命汤的临床应用和药理实验两方面的研究现状。结果：续命汤已不局限于中风的治疗，还可用于中风后遗症、Bell面瘫、格林–巴利综合征、重症肌无力、多发性硬化、糖尿病周围性病变、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等疾病的治疗，具有降低血浆中C反应蛋白(CRP)的含量、干预血脂代谢、稳定斑块、抑制血小板聚集、降低脑血通透性、减轻脑水肿，具有脑保护等作用。结论：《古今录验》续命汤临床治疗应用广泛，仍缺少相关临床研究。
Objective: To summarize the research results of Xuming Tang in clinical and experimental aspects in the continuation of “Ancient and Modern Records”, and provide useful reference for further research on the mechanism of action of Xuming Tang in traditional Chinese medicine. Method: By using the keyword “Xuming Tang” in “Ancient and Modern Records”, we searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, and VIP Database to collect and organize relevant journals and academic papers on traditional Chinese medicine research on Xuming Tang since 1984. We summarized the current research status of Xuming Tang in terms of clinical application and pharmacological experiments. Results: Xuming Decoction is not limited to the treatment of stroke, but also can be used for the treatment of sequelae of stroke, Bell facial paralysis, Guillain Barre syndrome, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes peripheral diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other diseases. It can reduce the content of C-reactive protein (CRP) in plasma, interfere with lipid metabolism, stabilize plaque, inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce cerebral blood permeability, reduce brain edema, and have brain protection effects. Conclusion: The clinical application of Xuming Tang in the Ancient and Modern Records is widespread, but there is still a lack of relevant clinical research.
