全球化的发展推动各国间文化交流，翻译活动也更加频繁。技术进步使语音识别技术等辅助技术不断介入口译活动中，改变了整个行业。21世纪以来，人工智能蓬勃发展，得益于大数据和深度学习，语音识别技术取得了突破性进展。本论文旨在探讨人工智能语音识别技术在英语口译中的应用，以期推动口译行业进步，并促进语音识别技术优化。
As globalization flourishes, cultural exchanges between countries have become more common, and translation activities have become more frequent. With leaps and bounds of technology, assistive technologies such as speech recognition are constantly involved in interpretation activities, changing the whole career. Since 2000s, artificial intelligence, or AI, has flourished, leading to breakthroughs in speech recognition technology thanks to big data as well as deep learning. This thesis aims to explore the application of AI speech recognition in English interpretation, in order to promote the interpretation industry and the speech recognition technology.
