Abstract:

星状神经节阻滞(Stellate Ganglion Block, SGB)是一种治疗方法,目前在临床工作中得到了广泛的应用。这项技术近年来在改善蛛网膜下腔出血(Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, SAH)后脑血管痉挛方面的研究取得了一定的进展。本文将从简要介绍SAH后脑血管痉挛的发生、SGB改善脑血管痉挛的机制、临床应用等方面进行阐述,为SGB治疗SAH后脑血管痉挛提供一定的理论依据。
Stellate ganglion block (SGB) is a widely used treatment method in clinical practice. In recent years, research on the improvement of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) has made some progress. This article will elaborate on the mechanism of cerebral vasospasm after SAH, the mechanism of SGB improving cerebral vasospasm, and clinical application, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of cerebral vasospasm after SAH with SGB.
