Abstract:

目的:探讨游戏体验式健康教育模式对脑卒中高危人群影响的研究。方法:选取2022年01月~2022年12月在我院住院《“中风”危险评分卡》筛查为脑卒中高危人群的患者92例为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予游戏体验式健康教育,干预时间为2周,采用脑卒中健康知识问卷、健康信念模型量表及满意度调查量表,比较干预前后2组患者脑卒中防治知识、健康信念及满意度得分。结果:患者脑卒中防治知识、健康理念水平及满意度,观察组高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:游戏体验式健康教育模式可有效提高脑卒中高危人群脑卒中防治知识和健康信念水平,增强了对维护自身健康的信心和满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of game experience health education model on high-risk population of stroke; Method: Ninety-two patients with high-risk of stroke were selected from our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022, they were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (N = 46) and the control group (N = 46). The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given game experience type health education based on routine nursing care; stroke health knowledge questionnaire, health belief model scale and satisfaction scale were used to compare the scores of stroke prevention knowledge, health belief and satisfaction before and after intervention. Result: The level of knowledge of stroke prevention and treatment, health concept and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Game-experience health education can effectively improve the level of knowledge and belief about high-risk population of stroke and treatment, and enhance the confidence and satisfaction of maintaining one’s own health.
