吉林省高校“双创”教育高质量发展策略研究

Abstract:

根据全球创业观察报告(GEM)的数据,中国在创业教育领域的进步显著,与发达国家的差距逐渐缩小。吉林省作为教育大省,高度重视高校创新创业教育的建设,政府出台了一系列文件推动“双创”教育的发展。然而,通过调研发现,吉林省高校在实际落实政策时仍面临诸多问题。通过对当前教育背景的介绍与现状分析,指出了存在的问题,包括理念偏差、教育路径狭窄、师资力量薄弱及配套机制建设滞后。为此,提出了明确教育理念、拓宽教育渠道、加强师资建设和完善配套机制的对策建议。具体措施包括提升教师的双创素养、丰富线上课程资源、加强实践平台建设、以及增加资金和政策支持。通过这些对策,旨在推动吉林省高校“双创”教育的高质量和可持续发展,提升学生的创新能力和创业实践能力,助力吉林省的全面振兴,促进区域经济发展。
According to data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) report, China has made significant progress in the field of entrepreneurship education, gradually narrowing the gap with developed countries. As a major province in education, Jilin Province places a high emphasis on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. The government has issued a series of documents to promote the development of “Double Innovation” (innovation and entrepreneurship) education. However, through research, it has been found that universities in Jilin Province still face numerous challenges in the actual implementation of these policies. By introducing the current educational background and analyzing the present situation, several issues have been identified, including conceptual deviations, narrow educational pathways, weak faculty strength, and lagging construction of supporting mechanisms. In response, countermeasures are proposed, such as clarifying educational concepts, broadening educational channels, strengthening faculty development, and improving supporting mechanisms. Specific measures include enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship literacy of teachers, enriching online course resources, strengthening the construction of practical platforms, and increasing financial and policy support. These countermeasures aim to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of “Double Innovation” education in universities in Jilin Province, enhance students’ innovation capabilities and entrepreneurial practice abilities, support the comprehensive revitalization of Jilin Province, and contribute to regional economic development.
