《针灸甲乙经》中太白穴的临床应用探析

Abstract:
《针灸甲乙经》是继《黄帝内经》之后对针灸学进行系统总结且体系完整的一部针灸专书，对后世针灸学影响深远。太白穴为足太阴脾经的原穴、输穴，在《针灸甲乙经》中共有13处记载，主治条文有11处，包括外感疾病和脏腑疾病，涉及脾胃系、心系、肝系、气血津液系、肢体经络系及其他病证。太白穴的临床应用范围广泛，须辨证施治。
Zhenjiu Jiayijing is a systematic summary and complete book of acupuncture and moxibustion after Huangdi Neijing, which has a profound influence on the later generations of acupuncture and moxibustion. Taibai acupoint is the original point and infusion point of the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin. There are 13 records in Zhenjiu Jiayijing. There are 11 treating points, including external diseases and zangfu diseases, involving the spleen and stomach system, the heart system, the liver system, the qi and blood system, the body meridian system and other diseases. Taibai acupoint has a wide range of clinical applications and should be treated with syndrome differentiation.
