数字压力对大学生积极心理健康的影响:情绪调节的中介作用

Abstract:
目的:探讨大学生数字压力、积极心理健康与情绪调节之间的关系及作用机制。方法:2023年12月采取随机抽样的方法,使用数字压力量表、积极心理健康量表和情绪调节量表对600名高校大学生进行施测,采用SPSS 27.0及PROCESS V3.4插件进行相关分析和中介效应分析。结果:① 数字压力与积极心理健康负相关(r = ?0.387, P < 0.01)。② 情绪调节与积极心理健康正相关(r = 0.565, P < 0.01)。③ 情绪调节在数字压力与积极心理健康之间存在中介作用。结论:大学生应学会转换思维,用积极的心态面对压力,挖掘在现实生活中的兴趣点,分散集中社交媒体上的注意力。学校应通过专业的心理辅导,提升学生情绪调节的有效性,使其更容易提高积极心理健康水平。
Purpose: To explore the relationship and mechanism of action between digital stress, positive mental health and emotion regulation among college students. Methods: In December 2023, 600 college students were randomly sampled and administered the Digital Stress Scale, the Positive Mental Health Scale and the Emotion Regulation Scale, and correlation and mediation effect analyses were conducted using SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS V3.4 plug-ins. Results: ① Numerical stress was negatively correlated with positive mental health (r = ?0.387, P < 0.01). ② Emotion regulation was positively correlated with positive mental health (r = 0.565, P < 0.01). ③ Emotion regulation has a mediating role between digital stress and positive mental health. Conclusion: College students should learn to shift their thinking, face stress with a positive mindset, tap into their interests in real life, and distract themselves from focusing on social media. Schools should enhance the effectiveness of students' emotional regulation through professional counselling to make it easier to improve their positive mental health.
