思政教育融入高校大学生心理健康教育的实践路径
The Practical Path of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into College Students’ Mental Health Education

心理健康教育是高校人才培养体系的重要组成部分，思想政治教育融入心理健康教育是我国高校心理健康教育的显著特色。本文在分析思政教育融入高校大学生心理健康教育背景的基础上，基于高校心理健康教育包含的教育教学、实践活动、咨询服务和预防干预四个方面的工作内容，构建出了加强队伍建设、落实课程思政和优化心理疏导方法三维实践路径，为高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育融合发展提供参考。
Mental health education is an important part of the talent training system in colleges and universities, and the integration of ideological and political education into mental health education is a prominent feature of mental health education in colleges and universities in our country. This paper analyses the background of integrating ideological and political education into the mental health education of college students, based on the four aspects of mental health education in colleges and universities, including education and teaching, practical activities, counselling and preventive measures, and constructs a three-dimensional practical way to strengthen team building, implement the curriculum of ideological and political education, and optimise psychological counselling methods, so as to provide references for integrating the development of mental health education and ideological and political education of colleges and universities.
