融合教育背景下心理健康教育课程探索和分析
Exploration and Analysis of Mental Health Education Course under the Background of Inclusive Education

随着社会发展，心理健康教育在我国教育中所占的比重日益增加，成为中小学实施素质教育的重要内容。融合教育是我国大力推广的一种特殊教育模式，在两者交叉进行的情况下，心理健康教育作为提高学生心理素质的主要途径，应当探寻适用于所有学生的课程，在融合教育大背景下提升全体学生的心理健康水平，促进学生更好发展。当前心理健康课程存在着形式化、理论化等问题，这严重阻碍了融合课程高质量发展的道路，文章从心理健康课程当下存在的问题出发，对新时期融合课程的设计提出了一些针对性的解决措施。
With the development of society, the proportion of mental health education in China’s education is increasing, and it has become an important part of the implementation of quality education in primary and secondary schools. Inclusive education is a kind of special education mode vigorously promoted in China. In the case of the intersection of the two, mental health education, as the main way to improve students’ psychological quality, should explore courses suitable for all students, and improve the mental health level of all students under the background of inclusive education, so as to promote better development of students. At present, there are some problems in the mental health curriculum, such as formalization and theorization, which seriously hinder the high-quality development of the integrated curriculum. Starting from the current problems of the mental health curriculum, this paper puts forward some targeted solutions to the design of the integrated curriculum in the new era.
