双合汤联合循经消结推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Shuagnhetang Combined with Meridian Elimination and Massage in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Observed

目的：观察双合汤联合循经消结推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2023年1~9月新疆医科大学第四附属医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者共计96例，简单随机化分为药物对照组及联合治疗组，每组48例。药物对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊口服，联合治疗组在药物对照组基础上给予双合汤联合循经消结推拿。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后JOA评分和VAS评分及直腿抬高角度、血清炎性因子TNF-α及IL-6水平等各项指标。结果：联合治疗组有效率(91.67%)远高于药物对照组有效率(83.33%)(P < 0.01)；两组治疗后JOA评分、VAS评分、直腿抬高角度、血清炎性因子TNF-α及IL-6水平均优于治疗前(P < 0.01)，且联合治疗组治疗后上述指标均明显优于药物对照组(P < 0.01)。结论：双合汤联合循经消结推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症相较于单纯塞来昔布口服有更好的临床治疗效果，能够更加有效地恢复腰椎及下肢活动功能，在一定程度上提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of double-hexagonal soup combined with meridian elimination and knots massage on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: A total of 96 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to September 2023 were selected, and were simply randomized into a drug control group and a combined treatment group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given celecoxib capsules for oral administration, and the combined treatment group was given Shuanghe Tang combined with JingzhuXiejieTuina on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, JOA and VAS scores, straight leg elevation angle, serum inflammatory factor TNF-α and IL-6 levels were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results: The effective rate of the combined treatment group (91.67%) was much higher than that of the drug control group (83.33%) (P < 0.01); the JOA score, VAS score, straight leg elevation angle, serum inflammatory factor TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the two groups were better than those of the pre-treatment group (P < 0.01), and the above indexes of the combined treatment group were significantly better than those of the drug control group after treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with double-hexagonal soup combined with meridian elimination and acupressure has better clinical therapeutic effect than oral administration of celecoxib alone, which can more effectively restore the function of lumbar vertebrae and lower limb activities, and improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent.
