Xie Jingri Based on the Mechanism of Treatment of Cholelithiasis Drug Selection

目的：探究总结谢晶日教授诊治胆石症的理论经验及药对选用。方法：通过跟随谢师门诊学习，收集相关医案，对谢师诊治胆石症的理论基础、辨证思路、用药经验进行总结，并附一则验案加以佐证。结果：谢晶日教授基于因机论治在胆石症治疗中用药精准，获效显著。谢师认为胆石症发病与虚、滞、湿、热、痰、瘀密切相关。其病机以肝胆失疏、脾虚痰聚、湿热互结、胆腑瘀滞为主。谢师诊疗疾病从“肝脾论”入手，因机论治，尤为重视情志发病，病程中始终顾护脾胃，使肝气疏、脾运复、胃气和、胆腑通，则砂石可除。结论：谢师重视肝脾同调诊治胆石症，时刻把握病机变化，精妙选取药对，改善了胆石症的临床症状，达到良好的溶石排石效果，其经验值得学习与推广。
Objective: To explore and summarize Professor Xie Jingri’s theoretical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cholelithiasis and the selection of drug pairs. Methods: By following Doctor Xie’s outpatient study and collecting relevant medical records, the theoretical basis, syndrome differentiation and medication experience of Doctor Xie’s diagnosis and treatment of cholelithiasis were summarized, and an experimental case was attached to support it. Results: Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment based on the mechanism of cholelithiasis was accurate and effective. Xie Shi believes that the incidence of gallstone disease is closely related to deficiency, stagnation, dampness, heat, phlegm and blood stasis. Its pathogenesis is mainly liver and gallbladder loss, spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation, dampness-heat interjunction and gallbladder fu-organ stasis. Xie Shi diagnosis and treatment of diseases from the “liver and spleen”, because of the mechanism of treatment, especially pay attention to emotional disease, always take care of the spleen and stomach in the course of disease, so that the liver qi, spleen transport, stomach qi and bile Fu Tong, then sand stone can be removed. Conclusion: Dr. Xie paid attention to the diagnosis and treatment of cholelithiasis with the harmonization of liver and spleen, grasped the pathogenesis of the disease at all times, selected the drug pairs cleverly, improved the clinical symptoms of cholelithiasis, and achieved good stone dissolution and removal effect. His experience is worth learning and promoting.
