春泽汤治疗女性膀胱咳的临床研究
Clinical Study on Chunze Decoction in Treating Female Bladder Cough

膀胱咳，是指咳嗽时伴小便自遗的病证。相当于现代医学的压力性尿失禁。此疾病给盆底肌松弛的女性患者带来了诸多不便及痛苦。本研究通过中西医结合的方式，筛选出门诊膀胱咳女性患者60例，对照组、观察组各30例。观察组给予电刺激盆底肌治疗及春泽汤加减口服治疗，对照组给予单纯电刺激盆底肌治疗。结果显示观察组疗效优于对照组。
Bladder cough refers to the disease of urinary incontinence accompanied by coughing. It is equivalent to stress urinary incontinence in modern medicine. This disease brings a lot of inconvenience and pain to female patients with pelvic floor muscle relaxation. This study screened 60 female patients with bladder cough in the outpatient clinic through the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, with 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group. The observation group was given electrical stimulation of the pelvic floor muscles and oral treatment of Chunze decoction, and the control group was given simple electrical stimulation of the pelvic floor muscles. The results showed that the observation group had better efficacy than the control group.
