Abstract:

“三教”改革背景下,国家倡导职业院校实行“双师型”教师制度,教师的实践教学能力提到与理论教学能力并重的位置。公安司法高职院校法律专业教师受现实种种原因困扰,实践教学能力堪忧。提升公安司法高职院校办学质量,顺应国家职业教育发展需要,学校应当转变传统教师考核机制,加强校企合作,强化行业实践,推行兼职教师聘任制度,打造“双师型”教师培养机制,鼓励教师参与教学能力比赛及学生实务技能大赛,恢复教师兼职律师执业,多措并举,着力提升法律专业教师实践教学能力。
Under the background of the “three education” reform, the country advocates the implementation of a “dual teacher” teacher system in vocational colleges, and the practical teaching ability of teachers is placed in a position of equal importance with theoretical teaching ability. Law teachers in public security and judicial vocational colleges are troubled by various reasons in reality, and their practical teaching ability is worrying. To improve the quality of public security and judicial vocational colleges and meet the needs of national vocational education development, schools should transform traditional teacher assessment mechanisms, strengthen school enterprise cooperation, strengthen industry practice, implement part-time teacher appointment systems, create a “dual teacher” teacher training mechanism, encourage teachers to participate in teaching ability competitions and student practical skills competitions, restore part-time lawyer practice for teachers, take multiple measures, and focus on improving the practical teaching ability of legal professional teachers.
