我国商业银行中间业务乱象治理探究
Exploration on the Management of Intermediate Business Chaos in China’s Commercial Banks

随着金融市场的不断发展和金融体制的不断改革，商业银行的中间业务已经成为商业银行经营管理中不可或缺的一个部分，商业银行通过发展其中间业务能够增强其经营效果，还能作为评价商业银行业务水平和市场竞争力的一个重要指标。但是，我国商业银行中间业务在发展过程中却乱象丛生，这严重影响了商业银行的持续经营和发展。本文以六大国有商业银行为研究对象，探讨了其中间业务当前的发展状况，着眼于现状对其存在的乱象问题进行了深入的分析，最后提出了相关的治理措施。
With the continuous development of financial market and the reform of financial system, the intermediate business has become an indispensable part of commercial bank management, commercial banks can enhance their operating effect by developing their intermediary business, also as an important indicator for the evaluation of commercial bank business level and market competitiveness. However, the intermediate business of China’s commercial banks is chaotic in the process of development, which seriously affects the sustainable operation and development of commercial banks. This paper analyzes the current situation of the six state-owned commercial banks as the research object, deeply analyzes the chaotic problems, and finally puts forward the relevant governance measures.
