To Explore the Influence and Enlightenment of Developmental Psychology on Mental Health of College Students

发展心理学以个体心理发展为研究核心，并为解决相关问题提供理论和实践指导。大学生处于青年早期，心理发育尚未成熟，在面对许多人生课题时，常常感到困惑和烦恼，从而引发各种心理问题。基于发展心理学对个体心理发展的观点和原理，研究大学生的心理健康教育，提出应引导学生建立正确的认知，排除心理困扰，维护心理健康的建议。
Developmental psychology takes individual psychological development as the core of research and provides theoretical and practical guidance for solving related problems. College students are in the early youth, psychological development is not mature, in the face of many life topics, they often feel confused and vexed, which leads to various psychological problems. Based on the viewpoint and principle of developmental psychology on individual psychological development, this paper studies the mental health education of college students, and puts forward that students should be guided to establish correct cognition, eliminate psychological troubles and maintain mental health.
