Abstract:

现代社会越来越重视创新人才的培养,创新性人才的培养是新时代对教育提出的新要求,更是素质教育的重要内容。家委会作为我国家校合作的主要形式之一,在构建良好教育生态、推进教育尤其是家庭教育现代化、全面提高教育质量以及助推学生创造力培养方面发挥着积极作用。本文结合自身实践经验,研究了我国“家委会”在家校协同育人中的实践与运用,同时展开了关于构建学生创造力培养路径的探索与思考。通过明晰家委会与学校之间的关系,尝试发挥家委会“信息源、资源库、智囊团后援军”的作用,更好地促进家委会角色功能的有效实现,达到共绘学生创造力培养同心圆,促进学生健康成长的目的。
In modern society, there is an increasing emphasis on the cultivation of innovative talents, which is a new requirement for education in the new era and an important part of quality education. As one of the main forms of school cooperation in our country, the family committee plays a positive role in building a good educational ecosystem, promoting modernization of education, especially family education, comprehensively improving the quality of education, and promoting the cultivation of student creativity. This article combines its own practical experience to share the application of China’s “family committee” in collaborative education between families and schools. At the same time, it explores and thinks about building a path for cultivating student creativity. By clarifying the relationship between the family committee and the school, it attempts to play the role of the “information source, resource library, and think tank support” of the family committee, better promoting the effective realization of the role and function of the family committee, and achieving the goal of co drawing a concentric circle for cultivating student creativity and promoting healthy growth of students.
