Abstract:

影子教师如今已成为全球教育革新的重要风向标,标志着教育发展的崭新趋势。国外的影子教师制度,历史悠久,经验丰富,其发展历程具有极高的学习和借鉴价值。此项研究以全球视野为参照,探索影子教师的全球经验对我国的启示和借鉴意义。
Shadow teachers have now become an important vane of global educational innovation, marking a new trend in educational development. The shadow teacher system in foreign countries has a long history and rich experience, and its development process has high learning and reference value. This study takes the global perspective as a reference to explore the inspiration and reference significance of shadow teachers’ global experience to our country.
