“健康中国”背景下涉外法律翻译人才培养路径探究

Abstract:
翻译作为国家“走出去”与“引进来”的沟通桥梁，在国际健康医疗合作与法治建设交流中扮演着不可忽视的角色。在此背景下，涉外法律翻译人才培养的重要性得以凸显。本研究将以新加坡《医疗保健服务法》(2020年)翻译实践为例，在把握医疗法律文本类型与特征的基础上，聚焦医疗法律文本翻译过程中的关键问题，寻求可行的解决策略，由此进一步思考当前涉外法律翻译人才培养模式的困境与可能出路。
As a bridge between the country’s trans-cultural communication, translation plays a non-negligible role in international health and medical cooperation and legal construction. In this context, the importance of cultivating foreign legal talents on translation has been highlighted. Taking the translation practice of Singapore’s Healthcare Services Act (2020) as an example, the research focuses on the key issues in the translation process of medical legal texts for seeking feasible solutions by grasping the types and characteristics of medical legal texts, and further considers the dilemma and possible way out of the current training model of foreign legal talents on translation.
