第一二课堂协同育人背景下高校旅游管理专业应用型人才培养路径研究

Abstract:
在我国教育由规模扩张转向高质量发展阶段的过程中,第二课堂作为第一课堂的补充及延伸,对于引导旅游管理专业学生树立正确理想信念、激发创新意识、增强自主发展动力、全面提升综合素质、促进身心和谐发展具有重要意义。因此,探索一条适合旅游管理专业的人才培养路径,培养现代旅游行业、旅游企业急需人才具有积极作用。通过分析当前高校旅游管理专业第二课堂教学现状,发现在教育理念、组织管理、评价体系等方面存在问题,提出从改变认知、加强管理和全面考核三方面提高第一二课堂协同育人水平的人才培养路径,培养有知识、有能力、有素养的旅游管理专业人才。
Education in China is currently in the process of shifting from scale expansion to a stage of high-quality development. As a supplement and extension of the first classroom, the second classroom is of great significance in guiding tourism management students to establish correct ideals and beliefs, stimulate innovative consciousness, enhance the motivation of independent development, comprehensively improve comprehensive quality, and promote the harmonious development of body and mind. Therefore, it is positive to explore a suitable talent cultivation path for tourism management majors to cultivate talents urgently needed by the modern tourism industry and tourism enterprises. By analysing the current status of the second classroom teaching of tourism management majors in colleges and universities, problems are found in the educational concept, organisation and management, and evaluation system. To cultivate tourism management professionals with knowledge, ability and accomplishment, a talent cultivation path is proposed to improve the level of collaborative education in the first and second classrooms from three aspects: changing cognition, strengthening management and comprehensive assessment.
