Red educational resources play a vital role in the field of education, which has the functions of enlightenment, inspiration, and character building. With the rapid development of information technology, the digital transformation of red educational resources in universities has become an important trend to strengthen and innovate red education. This study not only summarizes the relevant theoretical basis, but also deeply explores the key issues in the digitalization process of red educational resources in universities, as well as the mechanism and path of how digital resources can achieve the educational function.
