湖北省数字经济与产业结构升级的耦合协调度研究
Research on the Coupling Coordination Degree of Digital Economy and Industrial Structure Upgrading in Hubei Province

文章采用了2011年至2020年的湖北省12个地级市面板数据，对数字经济和产业结构升级之间的耦合协调发展水平以及时空分异格局进行分析。研究结果显示：湖北省数字经济与产业结构升级之间的耦合协调水平呈现缓慢上升的趋势，呈现出“武汉市一枝独秀，周边高中间低”的空间发展格局。从时间角度来看，数字经济和产业结构升级之间的耦合协调水平表现稳定，短期内难以实现跨阶层的转移。而从空间角度来看，这两者之间的耦合协调水平存在着空间溢出效应。基于此研究结果，提出了要推动湖北省数字经济和产业结构升级协同发展的策略，包括实施数字经济驱动产业结构升级战略、推动产业数字化转型进程、统筹区域间数字经济合作以及产业布局，力求促进湖北省数字经济和产业结构升级的协调发展。
This paper selects the panel data of 12 prefecture-level cities in Hubei Province from 2011 to 2020 to analyze the coupling and coordinated development level and spatio-temporal differentiation pattern of digital economy and industrial structure upgrading. The results show that the coupling coordination level of digital economy and industrial structure upgrading in Hubei province shows a slow rising trend, and the spatial development pattern is “Wuhan city outperforms, the surrounding area is high and the middle is low”. From the perspective of time series, the coupling coordination level of digital economy and industrial structure upgrading is stable, and it is difficult to realize cross-class transfer in the short term. From the perspective of space, there is a spatial spillover effect on the coupling coordination level of the two. Based on this, it is proposed to implement the strategy of industrial structure upgrading driven by digital economy, promote the process of industrial digital transformation, and coordinate the inter-regional digital economy cooperation and industrial layout, in order to promote the coordinated development of digital economy and industrial structure upgrading in Hubei Province.
