环境心理学视角下中医诊疗场所设计策略研究
Research on the Design Strategy of TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Environment from the Perspective of Environmental Psychology

近年来，随着国家政策的大力支持，我国中医药事业发展迅速，中医诊疗服务逐渐被越来越多的人选择，成为我国居民选择的主流诊疗方式之一。然而，在中医诊疗过程中，诊疗区域混乱、诊疗设施配置、诊疗服务形式等问题长期遗留，并未随着中医药的发展而得到较好提升。环境心理学的相关理论与研究方法可以探究环境因素对空间使用主体的心理和行为的影响，挖掘出与环境适宜的交互方式，从而达到更好的治疗效果。文章结合中医诊疗服务的相关问题，从中医诊疗群体的心理特征、环境心理学在中医诊疗环境的应用以及医疗空间设计原则三个方面，探讨如何通过环境心理学相关研究指导中医诊疗空间设计，加强人与空间交互流畅性，为中医诊疗空间设计提供设计参考。
In recent years, with the strong support of national policies, Chinese medicine has developed rapidly, and Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment services have gradually been selected by more and more people, becoming one of the mainstream diagnosis and treatment methods chosen by Chinese residents. However, in the process of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, problems such as the confusion of diagnosis and treatment areas, the configuration of diagnosis and treatment facilities, and the form of diagnosis and treatment services have been left over for a long time and have not been well improved with the development of traditional Chinese medicine. The relevant theories and research methods of environmental psychology can explore the influence of environmental factors on the psychology and behavior of space users, and dig out the appropriate interaction mode between people and the environment, so as to achieve better therapeutic effects. Based on the related problems of TCM diagnosis and treatment service, this paper discusses how to guide the design of TCM diagnosis and treatment space through the research of environmental psychology from three aspects: the psychological characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment groups, the application of environmental psychology in TCM diagnosis and treatment environment and the design principles of medical space, so as to strengthen the interaction between people and space and provide design reference for the design of TCM diagnosis and treatment space.
