循环经济视阈下农业生态园规划设计研究——基于胶州L村农业生态园微观分析
Research on the Planning and Design of the Agricultural Ecological Park under the Circular Economy Visual Threshold—Based on the Micro-Analysis of Jiaozhou L Village Agricultural Ecological Park

发展现代农业是推进农业现代化，实现乡村振兴战略总目标的必然要求。当下我国农业发展进入循环经济时代，农业转型升级、农业生态园建设等与农业产业竞争力低、农业生态建设消极影响张力凸显，农业生态园建设面临一系列挑战。新挑战孕育新模式，以生产技术先进、经营规模适度、市场竞争力强、生态环境可持续为农业生态园规划设计先进道路，本文通过对胶州L村农业生态园进行案例分析，浅析现代循环经济视阈下农业生态园的规划设计，探究中国特色新型农业现代化道路，为农业生态园如何在规划设计中走出一条“环境治理–清洁能源–多能互补–现代农业”发展道路提供思路。
The development of modern agriculture is an inevitable requirement to promote agricultural modernization and realize the overall goal of rural revitalization strategy. At present, China’s agricultural development has entered the era of circular economy. The agricultural transformation and upgrading, the construction of agricultural ecological park and the low competitiveness of agricultural industry, the negative impact of agricultural ecological construction is prominent, and the construction of agricultural ecological park is facing a series of challenges. New challenges to new mode, advanced production technology, moderate operation scale, strong market competitiveness, sustainable ecological environment for agricultural ecological garden planning and design advanced road, this article analyses the case of Jiaozhou L Village Agricultural Ecological Park, explores the new agricultural modernization road with Chinese characteristics, for agricultural ecological garden in the planning and designs out of an “environmental governance-clean energy-pluripotent complementary-modern agriculture” development path.
