Abstract:

教师情感,主要指的是教师在教学中所产生的态度体验,主要包括教师自身的情感因素,如教学态度和教学情感投入等,以及外界影响教师情感的因素,如学生反馈、教学环境等。本研究立足于本人教学实践,考察教师的教学日志,采用叙事研究的方法探讨在积极心理学视域下对外汉语新手教师的情感变化,运用积极心理学的相关理论展现分析新手教师在教学过程中的情感动态变化,助益对外汉语新手教师情感的正向发展。
Teacher emotions mainly refer to the attitude and experience generated by teachers in teaching, including their own emotional factors, such as teaching attitude and emotional investment, as well as external factors that affect teacher emotions, such as student feedback and teaching environment. This study is based on author’s teaching practice, examining teachers’ teaching journals, and using narrative research methods to explore the emotional changes of novice teachers of Chinese as a Foreign Language in the perspective of positive psychology. The relevant theories of positive psychology are used to display and analyze the dynamic changes of emotions of novice teachers of Chinese as a Foreign Language in the teaching process, which helps the positive development of emotions of novice teachers of Chinese as a Foreign Language.
