民办高校专升本学生党员教育和管理工作研究
Research on the Education and Management of Party Members among Students Upgrading from Junior College to University in Private Universities

规范民办高校专升本学生党员的教育和管理工作，能极大激发民办高校的党组织活力，夯实党的执政基础，落实学校立德树人的根本任务。当下，民办高校专升本学生党员的教育和管理成效低下，基层党组织堡垒作用不强，极大弱化了党员的先锋模范作用。文章以民办高校专升本学生为研究对象，进一步研究此类型学生党员的教育和管理工作的问题，并提出相应的解决路径，以期不断创新学生党员和教育管理工作模式，为更多民办高校的党建工作提供新动力。
Standardizing the education and management of Party members among private college students upgrading from junior colleges to universities can greatly stimulate the vitality of party organizations in private colleges and universities, consolidate the party’s ruling foundation, and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in schools. Currently, the education and management effectiveness of Party members among these students in private colleges and universities is low, and the role of grassroots Party organizations is not strong, which greatly weakens the vanguard and exemplary role of party members. This paper takes the among students upgrading from junior colleges to universities in private colleges and universities as for the research object to further study the problems of the education and management of this type of student Party members, and puts forward the corresponding solution path, in order to continuously innovate the student party members and provide new impetus for the Party building work in more private colleges and universities.
