Abstract:
中国古代契约制度起源于商周，经历了漫长的朝代演变，最终形成了制度化规范化的中国古代契约制度。古代契约的进步推动了中国古代民事法律制度的进一步发展，为社会秩序和经济繁荣奠定了基础。本文旨在深入探讨中国古代契约制度的演变，进而分析中国古代民事法律的发展特点。
The ancient Chinese contractual system originated in the Shang and Zhou dynasties and evolved through lengthy periods of historical change, ultimately resulting in an institutionalized and standardized system. The progress of ancient contracts facilitated the further development of the civil legal system in ancient China, laying a solid foundation for social order and economic prosperity. This article aims to delve deeper into the evolution of the ancient Chinese contractual system and further analyze the developmental trajectory of ancient Chinese civil law.
