基于矿鸿操作系统的矿用本安型视频监控一体机设计与实现

Abstract:
为响应煤矿综采工作面设备安全可信、自主可控的要求,设计并开发了基于国产矿鸿操作系统的矿用本安型视频监控一体机。本文介绍了一体机的系统组成、硬件设计、摄像仪协议的开发、视频跟踪采煤机切换算法,实现了对工作面采煤机和液压支架的实时视频监测,并随采煤机移动自动切换视频画面,促进了煤矿的智能化发展,为煤矿安全生产提供了有力保障。
In response to the requirements of safe, reliable, and self controllable equipment in coal mine fully mechanized mining face, a mining intrinsic safety video monitoring integrated machine based on the domestic MineHarmony operating system was designed and developed. This article introduces the system composition, hardware design, development and transplantation of camera protocol, video tracking and switching algorithm of the shearer, realizing real-time video monitoring of the working face shearer and hydraulic support, and automatically switching video images with the movement of the shearer, promoting the intelligent development of coal mines and providing strong guarantees for coal mine safety production.
