居住区室内风环境优化策略研究——以“智序·康养”居住区规划设计为例

Abstract:
随着经济的蓬勃发展,人们的物质生活水平得到了显著提升,对于居住环境的追求已经不仅仅局限于基本的居住功能,而是向着更加舒适、健康、环保、和个性化的方向发展。本文结合江西宜春气候环境特征,选取“智序·康养”居住区为研究对象,对其进行室内风环境模拟及优化策略研究。首先筛选居住区内典型户型,针对不同的户型,使用斯维尔建筑通风VENT2024软件对所选取的典型户型进行室内风环境模拟,通过模拟分析,发现室内通风存在的问题,并针对模拟结果提出相应的住宅室内风环境优化策略。研究表明,运用CFD技术进行室内风环境模拟分析,具有实际应用价值,且为居住区室内风环境优化设计提供参考。
With the vigorous development of the economy, people’s material living standards have been significantly improved, and the pursuit of the living environment is not only limited to basic living functions, but is developing in the direction of more comfortable, healthy, environmentally friendly, and personalized. Combined with the climatic and environmental characteristics of Yichun, Jiangxi Province, this paper selects the residential area of “Intelligent Order and Health Care” as the research object, and studies the indoor wind environment simulation and optimization strategy. Firstly, the typical house types in the residential area were screened, and the indoor wind environment simulation of the selected typical house types was carried out by using the TH SWARE building ventilation VENT2024 software for different house types, and the problems of indoor ventilation were found through simulation analysis, and the corresponding residential indoor wind environment optimization strategy was proposed according to the simulation results. The results show that the simulation and analysis of indoor wind environment using CFD technology has practical application value and provides a reference for the optimal design of indoor wind environment in residential areas.
