Abstract:

网络交际已成为现代社会交往的重要组成部分。然而,近年来网络交际中的不礼貌引起了广泛关注。本文以Bilibili弹幕视频网站为例,作为国内弹幕视频领域的领军平台,Bilibili视频中浮现的弹幕语言时常出现言语不礼貌现象。基于Culpeper的不礼貌理论框架,以Bilibili视频网站中美食类视频中的弹幕语言作为语料来源,探究美食类视频弹幕语言中的不礼貌策略的类型以及使用该策略的原因,为网络文化的发展和网络社交礼仪的规范提供参考。研究发现弹幕语言中出现“直接不礼貌策略”、“积极不礼貌策略”、“消极不礼貌策略”和“讽刺或虚假礼貌策略”这4种不礼貌策略,其中,“积极不礼貌策略”使用频率最高,在该策略下包含10种不礼貌输出策略。结果显示情感和权力因素是促使不礼貌策略使用的主要原因。
Online communication has become an essential component of social interactions in modern society. However, in recent years, impoliteness in online communication has garnered widespread attention. This paper takes the example of the Bilibili bullet screen video website, a leading bullet chatting platform in China. Online bullet chatting language that appears in Bilibili videos frequently exhibits instances of impoliteness. Based on Culpeper’s impoliteness theory, bullet chatting language of food videos on Bilibili is collected as the corpus to investigate the types of impoliteness strategies and to provide a reference for the development of online culture and the standardization of online social etiquette. It is found that the bullet chatting language involves four types of impoliteness strategies: “bald on record impoliteness strategy”, “positive impoliteness strategy”, “negative impoliteness strategy”, and “sarcasm or mock politeness strategy”. Among them, “positive impoliteness strategy” is employed the most frequently, which contains 10 impolite output strategies. The results show that emotional and power factors mainly account for the use of incivility strategies.
