司法社工介入涉罪未成年信息调查伦理困境研究
A Study on the Ethical Dilemma of Judicial Social Workers Intervening in the Investigation of Crime-Related Minor Information

近几年来，我国发生了一系列未成年人犯罪的恶性案件，引起了社会的广泛关注。司法社工在介入涉罪未成年人的帮教中扮演着至关重要的角色，但在涉罪未成年人的信息调查伦理困境上研究较少，从生态系统理论出发，分析了司法社工在涉罪未成年人信息调查过程中可能引发的各类伦理困境，旨在为司法社工提供一些实质性建议以及更有效的发展路径，促进其在信息调查中更好地平衡法律规定与专业伦理，为未来的司法社工实践提供可持续的支持。
In recent years, a series of vicious cases of juvenile delinquency have occurred in our country, which have aroused widespread attention of the society. Judicial social workers play a crucial role in helping and teaching juveniles involved in crimes, but there are few studies on the ethical dilemmas of information investigation of juveniles involved in crimes. Based on the ecosystem theory, this paper analyzes various ethical dilemmas that judicial social workers may cause in the process of information investigation of juveniles involved in crimes. The aim is to provide some substantive suggestions and more effective development paths for judicial social workers, promote their better balance of legal regulations and professional ethics in information investigation, and provide sustainable support for the future practice of judicial social work.
