《针灸聚英》治疗儿科疾病用穴规律探析
Analysis of Acupoint Selection Rules for Pediatrics Disease Treatment in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Juying

目的：总结分析《针灸聚英》中针灸治疗儿科疾病的用穴规律。方法：人工查阅《针灸聚英》中有关针灸治疗儿科疾病的内容，选取其中主治与儿科疾病有关的腧穴，及儿科疾病针灸治疗的处方与医案条文，整理后纳入Excel软件。对纳入文献中所用腧穴的使用频次、腧穴归经、腧穴分布部位、特定穴属性、处方穴位数量进行描述性统计分析。结果：共纳入符合条件的条文87条，涉及85个不同的穴位(经穴80个，非经穴5个)，用穴总频次为151次，共涉及14条经脉，10种特定穴。使用频次最高的穴位为百会穴；常用督脉、任脉与足太阳膀胱经的腧穴；选穴以下肢分布最多；特定穴中以五输穴、交会穴和原穴最常使用；处方选穴数目以单穴最多。结论：《针灸聚英》中治疗儿科疾病重视百会穴的应用，多取督脉、任脉与足太阳膀胱经的腧穴，注重远部选穴，多使用五输穴、交会穴与原穴，选穴精简，且重视灸法的应用，为临床治疗儿科疾病提供了思路与依据。
Objective: To summarize and analyze the rule of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric diseases in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Juying. Methods: The contents of acupuncture treatment of pediatric diseases in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Juying were checked manually, and the acupoints related to pediatric diseases and the prescriptions and medical records of acupuncture treatment of pediatric diseases were selected and incorporated into Excel software. Descriptive statistical analysis was made on the frequency of acupoint use, acupoint meridian tropism, acupoint distribution, specific acupoint attributes and prescription acupoint number included in the literature. Results: A total of 87 qualified articles were included, involving 85 different acupoints (80 meridian points, 5 non-meridian points), with a total frequency of 151 points, involving 14 meridians and 10 specific points. The most frequently used acupoint is Baihui point. Acupoints are commonly used in the Du pulse, Ren pulse and Zutaiyang Bladder Meridian. The distribution of points in lower limbs is the most. Among the specific points, Wushu acupoint, Jiaohui acupoint and original acupoint are the most commonly used. The number of selected points was the highest in single points. Conclusion: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Juying pays attention to the application of Baihui points in the treatment of pediatric diseases, takes more acupoints of Du pulse, Ren pulse and Zutaiyang Bladder Meridian, pays attention to the selection of far points, uses Wushu acupoint, Jiaohui acupoint and original acupoint frequently, selects acupoints tersely, attaches importance to the application of moxibustion method, which provides ideas and basis for clinical treatment of pediatric diseases.
