基于谢氏正骨的传承方式探索“导师制”模式促进中医药传承与发展的研究
Exploration of the “Mentorship System” Model to Promote the Inheritance and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the Inheritance Mode of Xie’s Orthopedics

对于传承人才培养模式改革的有益尝试是时代发展的必然要求，它在一定程度上缓解了中医院校教育中临床思维弱化、实践能力不足的问题。本文以谢氏正骨的传承方式为依托，探索“导师制”模式促进中医药传承与发展的方式。需要基于以下几点：首先需要提升指导教师的教育质量，其次需要优化“导师制”人才培养模式，最后需要提升“导师制”管理模式，这样才能培养出具有丰富临床经验和深厚中医传统思维的中医药人才。
The beneficial attempt to reform the talent training model for inheritance is an inevitable requirement of the development of The Times. It has to some extent alleviated the problems of weak clinical thinking and insufficient practical ability in traditional Chinese medicine education in colleges and universities. This article explores the ways in which the “mentorship system” model promotes the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine, based on the inheritance mode of Xie’s orthopedics. It needs to be based on the following points: firstly, it is necessary to improve the education quality of the guiding teachers, secondly, it is necessary to optimize the “mentorship system” talent training mode, and finally, it is necessary to improve the “mentorship system” management mode, so as to cultivate Chinese medicine talents with rich clinical experience and profound traditional Chinese medicine thinking.
