调神止痛针法治疗三叉神经痛验案两则
Two Cases of Acupuncture Method for Regulating the Mind and Relieving Pain in the Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia

三叉神经痛是目前临床上常见的一种疾病，日常生活中常因洗脸或咀嚼而诱发，使患者苦不堪言，其生活质量受疼痛反复剧烈发作的影响而降低。药物及手术治疗本病有一定的局限性，针灸以其独特优势，在治疗三叉神经痛方面已取得良好的临床疗效。邹伟教授注重整体治疗辨证取穴与针刺手法相结合，治疗此类疾病的经验丰富，疗效显著。本文主要介绍邹伟教授两则三叉神经痛的临床治疗经验，以供探讨参考。
Trigeminal neuralgia is a common clinical disease at present. It is often induced by washing face or chewing in daily life, which makes patients miserable, and the quality of life is affected by repeated and severe attacks of pain. Medical and surgical treatment of the disease has certain limitations. With its unique advantages, acupuncture has achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Professor Wei Zou pays attention to the combination of overall treatment of syndrome differentiation and acupuncture technique, and has rich experience in the treatment of such diseases and the effect is remarkable. This paper mainly introduces the clinical treatment experience of Professor Wei Zou in two cases of trigeminal neuralgia for reference.
