Abstract:

本文综述了腹腔镜下阑尾切除术中阑尾残端处理方法的研究进展。随着腹腔镜技术的广泛应用,阑尾残端处理成为保障手术安全和患者恢复的关键步骤。阑尾残端处理的主要目的是预防粪瘘、出血、粘连和感染,并促进残端再腹膜化。目前常见的阑尾残端处理方法包括单纯结扎或缝扎、钛夹夹闭以及可吸收夹或Hemolock塑料夹、Endoloop技术EndoGIA切割闭合器等,本文介绍了这些处理方法的优缺点和适用范围,以期为临床医生提供参考。
This article reviews the research progress in the management of appendiceal remnants during laparoscopic appendectomy. With the widespread application of laparoscopic technology, the handling of appendiceal remnants has become a critical step to ensure the safety of surgery and patient recovery. The main purpose of managing appendiceal remnants is to prevent fecal fistula, hemorrhage, adhesion, and infection, and to promote the re-peritonealization of the remnant. Currently, common methods for managing appendiceal remnants include simple ligation or suture, titanium clips, absorbable clips or Hemolock plastic clips, and EndoGIA cutting clips. This article introduces the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their applicable ranges, in the hope of providing a reference for clinicians.
